Juniors retain their Mersey Shield and currently top the Junior Mersey League

Congratulations to Sale who retained the Junior Mersey Shield last Sunday at Sale. The winning team was Katie Rawthore, Ryan Foley, Mark Marshall, George Drakanokis, Tom Giblin and Tom Dixon.

Mark Marshall and Tom Giblin were 1st and 2nd in the best nett prize on CPO both with 67's. Best gross was Sam Garnett, Didsbury with 74.

Sale are currently top of the Mersey League having played 5 won 5 but lost in the 3rd round of BMW away at Flixton 4- 3.

We are still in D & C cup with next tie away at Ringway on 25th July.

In our 36 hole internal competition, The Weston Trophy the nett prize was won by Tom Giblin with 124 and gross prize by Ryan Foley with 146.
