Hole in One for one of our new Lady members
A great New Year in Prospect for Maria ?
Maria Rooms treated herself to a late Christmas present on 28th December.....a beautiful and perfectly formed Hole in One.
She struck the ball from the 17th tee. One bounce, a roll up the green and, to the delight of Maria and her playing partner Bernard Walmsley, the ball disappeared down the hole.
This terrific achievment so early on in her golfing career is an indication that Maria is of one of the players to watch in the forthcoming season.
